Route 66 is designed to help older members of the church and community on the "Highway of Life".  Its theme comes from the life experience of selling all you had and beginning a new life in California. Travelers stopped and gave extra water, helped with flats, or gas. These meetings are designed to create social interaction around speakers and attendees focusing on current issues of senior living. The highway theme is also a Biblical theme encouraging seniors and all Christians to travel this life graciously, helping others as we complete our journey.

        Practical help is given prior to each meeting with simple car care inspections and light cleaning. 

        Light refreshments are provided at each meeting.
