Just minutes south of downtown Sacramento

Welcome, Friend!

If you are seeking a church home, we invite you to visit and learn more about Bethany. You'll find us to be a friendly, all-ages church open to everyone who wants to learn more about Christ ... for everyone who wants to make a positive difference in the local and world community.

Bethany has come to be known for its openness and welcoming ways. We are diverse in membership, with varying viewpoints and coming from many different walks of life. We share in common a simple yet profound belief: that we are called by Christ to be his ambassadors in the world.

The Guiding Vision of Bethany Presbyterian Church affirms that in all things we -- the congregation -- are to be authentic, loving, caring, compassionate, courageous, accepting, and people of hope, joy and love.

We are at the corner of 24th Street and Fruitridge Road — between I-5 and Highway 99, just minutes south of downtown Sacramento. We look forward to seeing you in worship, participating in one of our activities, or perhaps even volunteering your time with one of our mission or ministry projects.

Bethany is part of the Presbyterian Church USA, which traces its history to the 16th century and the Protestant Reformation of Martin Luther. Our heritage, and much of what Presbyterians believe, began with John Calvin (1509-1564).
