Cadets is a program for boys, 3rd - 8th grades. We meet every Wednesday evening September – December and every other Wednesday evening January – May. Our goal is to help boys grow spiritually in all areas of life (devotional, mental, physical, and social). We have a Bible Study, work on merit badges, have camp outs, etc. One of the highlights of our Cadet year is making a pinewood derby car and racing it at our annual pinewood derby race. If older boys continue, they serve as Jr. Counselors and helpers.

Our activities include the following:

• Weekly - devotions, pledges, work on badges or projects
• Occasional activities - bike rides, hikes, bowl-a-thon (fund raiser), rocket shoot, pinewood derby.
• Annual - Field Day; Camporee; and every 3rd year International Camporee.
