A Church within a Church

Pastors Steven & Tina Harris are the Pastors of 24/7 YouthChurch, a place where the most crunk kids in Western Kentucky hang.  24/7 is the youth ministry of Christian Fellowship Church.

We weren’t born yesterday either.  Back in the day, Leon DeHaan founded us, who was followed by a few other good men including the now-infamous Mark Slagh and wild man, Kevin Jones.  They’ve now left it in the capable and better hands of the Harris duo.  

One day, we were reading Jeremiah 24:7 and that verse became our calling card, our mission here.  The name 24/7 just stuck because we were stuck to it.  Listen up,

“I will give them a heart to know me, that I am the Lord. They will be my people, and I will be their God, for they will return to me with all their heart.”  Jeremiah 24:7

How cool is that?

The goal of 24/7 is to set free the power of the Gospel and the Holy Spirit in the lives of believers who are so in awe of God, want to know Him, and are capable of taking the Gospel of Jesus Christ into the world.  No matter where this life takes them, they can then see others turn to God with their whole hearts and whole lives – cause that’s the way we roll.
