It's a Party!

At CFC, we love to share our food, fellowship and family events with each other.  Over the years we've enjoyed many anniversary celebrations, birthday parties, and dinners together.  If you are planning an event to be held here, there are a few things to keep in mind:

• CFC does not provide the refreshments to be served.
• Unless this is a church event, CFC does not provide the paper products (paper plates, napkins, cups, silverware) necessary for this type of event.  To keep costs to a minimum for the church, we ask that those items be furnished by the people hosting the event. 
• However, we do have various banquet/party supplies, (glassware, tablecloths, serving trays, etc.), available to be checked out. You are responsible to return all checked out items in the same condition as received. 
• Please remove all decorations afterwards and return the room to its original condition. 
• Empty all trashcans used and install new liners when done. Please take all trash to the dumpster behind the W.M.E. office. 

Completion of the form does not automatically reserve your shower date, but it helps our office staff to more efficiently serve the needs of our members.  Once you have completed your request, a member of our staff will be in contact with you.
