It's a Shower!

At CFC, we love blessing our young couples with gifts as they start out on their new journey together. 

If you are planning a wedding shower to be held at CFC, there are a few things to remember:

• CFC does not provide the cake, punch or other refreshments to be served or paper products.
• However, we have available various shower supplies and decorations that are available to be checked out, (tablecloths, glassware, serving trays, etc.). You are responsible for returning all checked out items in the same condition as received. 
• Please remove all decorations afterwards and return the room to its original condition. 

• We ask that you empty all the trash and install new trash liners when finished. Please take all trash to the dumpster behind the W.M.E office.

   

Completion of this form does not automatically reserve your shower date, but it helps our office staff to more efficiently serve the needs of our members.  Once you have completed your request, a member of our staff will be in contact with you.
