The STAARS Program represents Concordia's commitment to academic success for its students.  The mission of STAARS is to assist and support students in achieving their highest academic potential by providing a comprehensive array of activities and services.

The STAARS Program is located in Bakke Hall.  The Program will provide the following services:

*     Computer labs
*     Personal counseling
*     Academic advising
*     Tutoring
*     Seminars
