Welcome to Concordia College Student Portal and Email
(Access for Spring 2012)
Concordia College Student Portal is a service to provide students with important information enhancing the school's communication, services and student life. Student portal is an online gateway where students can log into a school website to access information regarding their enrollment, access grades, unofficial transcript, account balance and all personal information.
Every current student at CCS has acces to Student Portal. In order to login its necessary for you to read this instructions. The user names and password are structore as follow:
Example student's name :"John Smith" Student ID# C0000006789
Username: jsmith6789 (First initial of first name last name, all lower case, and your last 4 digits of your Student ID)
Password: Spring2012 (Capital "S" only)
(For returner students that were here Fall 2011 term should know their own password and if you never logged in the default password is "Fall2011" capital "F" only)
1. Under username type your username. Example: jsmith1234.
2. - Type your password. The default password for this Spring 2012 semester is "Spring2012" with a capital "S" only. Students are reminded that as soon as they log in, they need to go change this password right away. The change password option is at the top of the screen on the left hand side. Read instructions for password criteria.
3. - Under username and password make sure that "SPRING 2012" is selected. After you have the correct information click "Login" if everything was typed correctly you should see your Student Portal Home Page
Students are responsibles for remember their username and password at all time. If you have any questions or need assistance in reseting your password, please contact the Department of Information Technology at the school's Extension 19742, send us and email at support@concordiaselma.edu, or stop by our offices located in Wright Complex room 107.
Student Email Accounts
Concordia College students are required to use Concordia's College email account for securty purposes. Your student email is the official form of communication from the institution. Information regarding your accounts, enrollment status, financials, events, career opportunities, etc. will all be sent to your Concordia College email account. Students are responsible for checking their school email on regular basis and also responsible to know the information distributed via email. Here is how to acces you email account:
1. - Type your username under the username box. Example: jsmith1234 (first initial last name, all lower case, and the last 4 digits of your Student ID)
2. - Under the password box type "Spring2012" capital "S" only. Is strongly recommended to change your password after your first login. The change password option is under the "Preferences"
