Dear Parents

CCES students will be bringing home their first term report cards on Monday, Nov. 28, 2011.  Parent-Teacher conferences are scheduled for Tuesday, Nov. 29 and Thursday, Dec. 1.  We will be using the on-line process this term  to book appointments for these conferences.  Parents will be directed to a school appointments website, beginning Monday, Nov. 14.  to register and set up conferences.

Complete instructions are on the school appointment site, but there are a few points to consider:

• All parent and student names and passwords  from last year’s appointments have been cleared from the system.  You will need to enter information for all current students .

• Parents of students who receive Special Education or Learning Assistance support will be able to schedule the resource staff member(s) at the same conference as the classroom teacher by booking a concurrent slot on the SpEd/LA calendar.

• If you experience any difficulties in setting up your time slots or do not have internet access, please call the school office.  We would like to make this experience positive for everyone. 

• All parents are encouraged and expected to attend these conferences.  However, if you do not schedule a conference time, you will not have a reservation. 

• Please go to  http://cces.schoolappointments.com/admin   to register yourself, enter your child(ren) and schedule a conference time.  (If you are unable to proceed after logging in with Internet Explorer, you may need to reduce the security settings ---on the menu bar, go to Tools—Internet Options—Privacy –set to Medium )
