September 21st, 9:45-10:45 a.m. and Noon-1:00 p.m.

The Journey Into Faith Festival will be Collegiate/Wesley’s first ever discipleship fair. The primary task of the United Methodist Church is to make disciples of Christ to transform lives and to transform the world. We meet this task trough radical hospitality, passionate worship, faith-forming education, and risk taking mission and service. The main purpose of this festival is to give the congregation opportunities to follow the example of Jesus Christ. We need your help to present the congregation with opportunities for service and participation. In return, your group will have the opportunity to meet individuals that are fired-up about getting involved; seeing that this festival will be the culmination of a month of activities aimed at getting the congregation excited about their life as a disciple of Christ. In addition to Collegiate/Wesley’s 1200+ constituents, this event will be open to the public.

Fact Sheet

• Exhibition will happen in Wesley Hall (entrance on the east side of the building)
• Both Internal and External Groups will be asked to Exhibit
• Exhibiting is free
• Table space will be at least 4 ft. with chairs
• Food and Drinks are provided
• Early setup from 6-10pm Sat. Sept. 20th and Sun. after 7am.
• Exhibiters are invited to join us for worship at 8:30am or 11am.

Tips for Exhibitors

• Decorate your tables (creativity encouraged)
• Have signs and pictures telling everyone who you are and what you do
• Have literature about what you do to pass out
• Use Sign-up sheets to collect volunteer information or to sign them up for a specific task
• Have something small to give away like candy, cookies, pens, magnets, etc.
• Be prepare to talk to people about what you do and what you need
