Sometimes a visit from one of us can brighten the day of a member who can’t always make it out for worship or community activities. The visitation team for our congregation has 23 persons who make regular visits to those who enjoy the company. Frequently, volunteers deliver church publications and flowers at Easter and Christmas. In this way, all of our members can remain connected to what is happening in the congregation and their church family. Recently, guest books purchased by the United Methodist Women were delivered to care members. In this way, they can review, in the years to come, who they entertained and families can see who visited their loved ones.  Contact and care is a blessed with many caring people both giving and receiving.
