Thank you to everyone who volunteered at the CSI Track Meet. We are hosting it again this year, so mark May 16th on your calendars..
The track and field program at our school consists of one coed 5th - 8th grade team. The season runs from the middle of April to the end of the school year. Practices are usually Tuesday and Thursday afternoon. A typical year consists of two or three meets. This year we are hosting the CSI Wisconsin Track Meet at DDHS.
Students are required to have athletic physicals performed every two years. These must be on file in the school office before participating in practices. Athletic contracts must also be completed and a $10 fee must be paid by the start of practices. A $5 fee will be added to the $10 fee if the contract is not handed in by the first practice. If a child decides they do not want to play, prior to any meets, their athletic fee will be reimbursed. The athletic contract and physical forms are available below.
