You can set up the system to email you the conversations each time a posting is made. In addition, website administrators can delete a conversation at any time.

Yes, you can password any of the pages on your site, including pages containing this tool. You can even specify which group of individuals can log into this forum. Right now, I have it set up as a free for all.

This is an example on how the Bulletin Board / Forum / Blog Tool works. As an organization you can allow your website users to start topics or you can control all the topics and allow them to only post to topics which are started by you. Do you have any questions about this tool?
