The faculty pages tool is one of our most powerful modules.  Some of features include:

• IT staff can upload all their staff members from Excel into this module.  When doing so, it will automatically set up the faculty member websites with the proper permissions.
• Able to display all staff members on a page or any grouping of your total staff.  When displaying staff, you can include (or leave out) the following:
  • Staff pictures, phone extensions, email accounts, titles, etc.
  • Faculty web page links
  • A staff search utility
• Each faculty member can belong to any number of groups.  This allows him or her to maintain a single website and yet appear in multiple areas on the school website.
• Each faculty member has their own embedded Website management system.  This allows him / her to add any number of pages, photo galleries, slideshows, calendars, newsletters, etc. without affecting the rest of the school site.
• Staff can be trained in about 1 hour to have a powerful and comprehensive Website.
