Kelly Admiraal
3rd Grade Teacher
Education: I attended Dordt College and received my BA in Elementary Education with a minor in reading. I graduated in 1990.
Educational Experience: I began teaching at CWC in 1990. I taught full time for 4 years and have team taught ever since. This will be my 15th year of teaching. WOW! I can't believe where the time has gone.
Other Duties Performed at CWC: I'm currently on the Professional Growth Committee, and have coordinated the Discovery Days program at the elementary campus.
Family: My husband Rex and I have been married for 22 years. He currently is CWC's Director of Advancement, boy's athletic director and boy's varsity soccer coach. We both feel that it is a blessing to be able to work in a Christian school and love living in the Waupun community.
We have three children: Dylan- 6th grade; Connor - 4th grade; Ashley -Kindergarten
Our family attends Trinity Christian Reformed Church in Waupun. My husband and I enjoy leading a couples Bible study, leading worship with our praise team and I'm also involved in leading Sunday School singing.
Things I enjoy doing: I enjoy being with my family, scrap booking, gardening, reading, camping, and of course teaching!!
Why I love teaching: I enjoy daily working with students and helping them to see with open eyes the beauty of God's Creation, especially in the world of science. I also love seeing how God made each of my students in a unique and special way with their own talents, abilities, and personalities. It's a privilege to work at CWC with such a committed and talented team of teachers.
