*I graduated from Calvin College in 2008 with an Elementary Education degree with focuses in math and science. I am continuing my education at Calvin by taking Educational Leadership graduate classes.

*God has opened many doors for me here at DCS. I began last year as a computer teacher and paraprofessional and ended the year as a long-term substitute teacher in 5th grade. I feel so blessed to have the opportunity to be a 5th grade teacher this year.

*I have spent the past three summers as a counselor out at Camp Roger in Rockford. It has been a blessing to have the opportunity to spend time sharing God's love with His children while enjoying His creation.

*I live in Grand Rapids with my sister and attend Madison Square CRC. I enjoy spending time with my family, especially if it involves skiing, running, or traveling.
