Mission Statement
The mission of Dutton Christian School is to integrate a Reformed understanding of the Christian faith into an educational program of the highest quality.

Value Statement
Train a child in the way he should go, and when he is old he will not turn from it.  Proverbs 22:6

Our purpose is to:
•   lead students into a personal relationship with Jesus Christ.
•   provide a Christ-centered education for all believers.
•   provide academic excellence in Christ's name.
•   develop enthusiastic and responsible leaders for our families, communities, churches and the world.
•   base all teaching principles solely on the Bible.
•   instill a love of the scriptures in the lives we touch.
•   glorify God in all teachings and activities.
•   partner with parents and the church in providing a Christ-centered education for our covenant      
    children.
•   cultivate students gifts for life-long service and learning.
•   recognize our God-given authority over each student and faithfully share in that responsibility.

Upon graduation from the eighth grade at Dutton Christian School, it is our goal that a graduate will model Christ by:
•   Showing love for the Lord and his creation.
•   Demonstrating love to others.
•   Continuing to form habits which promote a growing relationship with Jesus.
•   Having acquired essential academic skills from committed Christian teachers and administrators.
•   Using their gifts and talents to contribute to God's kingdom giving God all the glory.
