Job Title: Web Site Account Specialist
Overview: Dynamic Internet Solutions is looking
for a part-time employee to assist with
sales and support procedures. This employee will work primarily with churches and Christian
schools with the Faithwebsites system. This individual will also work some with businesses
with DIS Websites. The position will require approximately 20 hours per week to spread out
during the normal business week. This employee will be expected to home office.
Essential Functions:
- Work with potential clients through the sales process
- Respond to information requests in a timely manner
- Maintain regular contact with potential clients during trial periods
- Set up web site accounts for clients
- Register domain names
- Work with designers as they prepare client graphics
- Provide level 1 support for clients
- Answer client questions via email and phone
- Provide client trainings as needed
Qualifications:
- Highly motivated and trustworthy
- Strong organizational skills
- Exceptional phone and email skills
- Great deal of experience with the Internet
- Embraces technology and is willing to constantly learn more
- Experience with web site content management systems will be beneficial
