FACILITIES SUPERVISION AND PLANNING COMMITTEE MANDATE

1)                  Exercise supervision over the church facilities.  A complete survey of the church and property shall be made at least once a year and provision shall be made for maintenance, repairs, and other projects which contribute to the efficiency, safety, and value of the building.

2)                  Supervise the use of the church for weddings, anniversaries, family gatherings, and other group meetings in regard to dates, time limits, and fees. 

3)                  Review the Church Use Policy and fees associated with its use and make recommendations on any changes that may be needed.

4)                  Approve and forward to the treasurer all maintenance expenditures. 

5)                  Prepare approximate budget for each fiscal year for repairs, new equipment, redecorating of church buildings and general maintenance of building and grounds.  Submit budget to deacons by September of each year.
