How can I find help with a life issue?

Life happens. If you are walking through a time of difficulty, we want to love you through it, even as God loves you through it.

If you need connection, we have many “connecting communities” (small groups and classes) that provide deep care for one another. Our pastors are always available to us. Feel free to call the church office (770-942-0710) to speak with a pastor; after hours, the message gives a pastor’s on-call number. We also have over thirty Stephen Ministers. These volunteers receive forty hours of training to counsel with people during transitions and difficult times. For certain situations, we refer to professional counselors. Stephen Ministers are available to people regardless of church membership.

Are you out of work? In these trying financial times, you are not alone! God’s Employment Network meets every Tuesday at 7:30 a.m. to build skills, network with other job-seekers, and encourage one another.

If you simply need prayer for a particular issue, please submit an online prayer request. All requests are individually lifted up to the Lord. If you need financial or practical assistance, we partner with numerous local agencies to provide such help. Please call the church office at 770-942-0710
