• Property & facilities maintenance, repair and replacement
• Coordination of volunteer staff in office and exterior grounds
• Grounds, landscaping and parking lot
• Memorial Garden
• Church office management 
• Facility use scheduling and security 
• Recruitment and management of custodial, kitchen, office and financial staff
• Vehicle scheduling & maintenance
• Coordination of Apple Festival parking
