Behavioral Expectations

Attendance at Hope Academy is a privilege, not a right. Students are taught to cheerfully obey those in authority over them and to have a loving and admirable respect for those in charge. We desire to teach that freedom is "not the right to always do what I want, but the power to do what I ought."

Staff members constantly strive to be the kind of  men and women who earn such respect. In light of this Hope Academy has a no tolerance policy for drugs, alcohol, tobacco, weapons, firecrackers, and pornography.

Our students are also asked to apply Biblical principles to their life at all times, and sign a covenant agreement in the Student/Parent Handbook once admitted to Hope Academy.
