APPLICATION PROCESS

Completed application forms can be e-mailed to Admissions@HopeAcademyKG.com . You can download the application forms at the bottom of this page. 

The complete application process includes these steps.

1. Download the complete application (at the bottom of the page) and submit it via email or fax. This includes general contact information and history, as well as the following documents:

• Writing Sample. This must be completed by students applying for grades 3 and above.
  
• Student Questionaire. This must be completed for students applying for grades 7 and above.
  
• Enrollment Endorsement, Reference Form, and Statement of Faith: sign each page from the complete application packet and submit them via scanned email attachment or fax.

1. Submission of a NON-REFUNDABLE Fee (U.S. $25) to the business office.
2. Interview of parents and child/children
3. Testing child/children for grade placement, if necessary.
4. Decision -- acceptance to current class, waiting list or admission refused.

Upon your arrival in country make an appointment with the school and be sure to bring along.

1. Grade Reports/School Records from previous 2 years
2. Passport/proof of birth date
3. Photocopy of passport and Kyrgyz visa
4. Previous standardized or educational testing results, if available

All parents of HAB students are expected to contribute at least four hours per week as Parent Participation Hours.
