| Kindergarten Teacher | I am so excited to be teaching Kindergarten here at Hope. Since I was I child all I could imagine was to live and work with children overseas. I have traveled to many different countries and Kyrgyzstan has become my home. Children are my passion especially, "the youngest". |

| Jim Kriz |
| 1st Grade Teacher | "I may be getting older, but I refuse to grow up!" This is one of my mottos, and what better way to fulfill it than to work with children? I have been teaching for over twenty years, and I remain passionate about helping students reach their God-given potential. My wife, Julie, and two sons, Wesley and Mason, have joined me in answering the call to live and serve in Bishkek. |

| Julie Kriz |
| Head Librarian | Julie's passion for reading began practically as soon as she learned to read. While some children carried around teddy bears or blankets, she carried around books, and even organized her own library as a child. When it came time to choose a career, Librarian or school teacher were the two most obvious choices. Julie holds a Bachelor of Science Degree in Elementary Education, with a minor in Educational Media (school library management). She has lived in Oregon, USA, Colombia, South America, and Kyrgyzstan. |
