Harvest began as a church plant of the Randolph Evangelical Free Church. Many families were traveling a long way just to attend church in Randolph. The need was clear.
In 1992, 11 families committed to plant a new local church for Dodge County in Beaver Dam. Through prayer and hard work, this group of families grew. Harvest first met in the Beaver Dam Mall, but quickly outgrew that setting.
Seeing a need for a facility, the Harvest Ministry center was planned. The project would be planned in 3 phases. Phase I was designed to be the interim sanctuary, classrooms and offices. Phase I was built in 1995. In 1997, Phase II went into development. Office space and more classrooms were added to allow for more growth. During this phase, the church went from under 100 regular attendees to nearly 200 regular attendees -- stretching the capacity of the interim sanctuary. Finally, in 2000, Phase III was built -- the final sanctuary. With space capable of handling more than 400 attendees, the ministry center is built for growth.
