Matthews Presbyterian Church offers many programs for Adults to enrich and expand their spiritual growth. For a complete listing please pick up a Christian Education and Fellowship Opportunities booklet.  These useful booklets are green and are located in the Friendship Court.

Discover the Psalms
Over 30 people have signed up to participate in our fall Bible Study.  The study lasts for seven weeks and during this time particpants will read a variety of Psalms and contemplate what they can mean for today's Christians.

Men's Breakfast Study
This group meets every other week Wednesday morning in the Fellowship Hall at 6:30am. We have a wide range of experience present in the class in terms of familiarity with Scripture, so our approach is to focus on the text as if it is being heard for the first time and seek to hear God's message to us.

Missions Committee
This group is open to all. They meet on the first Wednesday of each month in the Christian Worship Center. Some of the activities they are currently involved with include: Albemarle Road Elementary School, Matthew Help Center,  Alexander Youth Network and many more. This committee also organizes an Annual Mission Trip for the congregation.

Mom's Circle
This circle will meet at 10:00am on the second Thursday of each month. Child care will be provided.

Men of the Church
This group will meet on the 2nd Saturday of each month (except January and July - no meeting).

Thursday Night Circle
This circle will meet in room 206 in the Christian Worship Center on the second Thursday of each month at 7:30 pm.

Share Our Spirit Circle
Meetings begin at 7:30pm in the Chapel-Fellowship Hall on the second Tuesday of each month.

This circle meets at 2:00 pm in the Chapel/Fellowship building on the first Monday of each month
