Our Next Blood Drive Will Be On February 14, 2010 

  Our next drive will be on Sunday, February 14, 2010 from 7:30 am-12:00 pm.  The goal is to exceed 50 units.    If you're able and willing, please plan to come donate a unit of blood.  A signup sheet will be posted on the mission bulletin board as we get closer to the drive.  Please sign up for a time to donate.  On the morning of the blood drive, be sure to eat a good breakfast at least 1 to 1½ hours prior to donating and be sure to drink plenty of cold liquids.  If you would like to consider donating, you must be healthy, at least 17 years old, weigh at least 110 pounds, and not have donated blood in the last 8 weeks (56 days) or a donation of double red cells in the last 16 weeks (111 days). Thank you everyone who donated at our previous drives.  It is because of your efforts that this mission continues to be successful.
