I am truly blessed to be a part of the Pella Christian community. I had a wonderful school experience when I attended Pella Christian and now it's a joy to join the staff. The desire to become a teacher stems from the time I spent here as a student and as a volunteer during high school. I was able to see amazing Christian teachers impacting lives and I pray that I can do that also. I am currently teaching some Math and Literature classes and will also be the SPARK teacher for the current school year. I am excited to learn more every day as I take on new adventures.
My family is a huge reason why I desired to move back to the Pella area. I am amazed at how God works out the desires of my heart. I especially enjoy spending time with friends, my niece and nephew, reading, and going for walks. My favorite Bible verse is Jeremiah 29:11 "For I know the plans I have for you, plans to prosper you and not to harm you, plans to give you a hope and a future." |
