• This is my fourth year of teaching, and my third as the Special Education Teacher at Pella Christian Grade.
• I am also the faculty rep. for the Promotions Comm.

    I spent most of my childhood here in Pella.  I am a graduate of Pella Christian Grade and High.  I am married to Shane who is a native of Sully, IA.  Shane manages the Pella airport, and is the owner of Classic Aviation.  We have been married three years. 

    A special bonus of my job is getting to see my twin sisters who are 6th grade students here.  In my spare time I like to read, go flying with my husband, and shopping with my little sisters.  I also have a brother who is twenty-three.  My newest hobby is photography.

I strive to give my students the best Christian education possible, and pray that I will nurture the gifts God has given them.

Mrs. Mary Van Zee is a licensed teacher.  She earned her degree in Elementary Education (minor in English) from Dordt College.  She has six years experience as a classroom teacher, and nine years as a special education associate.

Mrs. Vroom has nine years of experience as a special education associate.  She also has experience from working at the Christian Opportunity Center.
