Assignments are due to change. The items below are the plan, but even the best laid plans can change from time to time. Please make sure that your chid is listening carefully in class to see if things do change.
Homework will come basically EVERY night. Math is something that needs to be practiced regularly. Take time to review your concepts and math facts. Please do your BEST on your homework. It is okay to make a mistake...that's how we learn. Be careful, though. Do not rush through your work - be neat, make sure that you take time to understand the questions. You may redo homework assignments and tests if the first result is not satisfactory. This may change as the year progresses and assignments and tests might be redone at a 76% (D+) or below. Please take those opportunities to improve.
For quiz and test preparation: Review, review, review. Practice, practice, practice. Ask questions. Know when those quizzes and tests are coming so that you can attempt to study more than just the night before. This allows for opportunities to ask questions to clear up any misunderstandings.
