Parish Council Approx. Time Commitment: Meets on the 3rd Tuesday of each month at 6:30pm
The Parish Council develops and maintains a mission statement, engages in a continuous process of pastoral planning, and after prayerful study and dialogue, develops policies concerning parish and pastoral matters. Council communicates with the various parish committees to ensure that activities are consistent with the parish policies, strategic plan and mission statement. The Council is advisory to the Pastor. Council members are elected to a 3 year term, and are asked to serve on one additional committee.
St. Mary Finance Committee Approx. Time Commitment: Meets on the 2nd Thursday of the month at 5pm
This committee is responsible for the annual budget preparation and approval; monthly review of income, expenses and cash flow; monthly review of financial statements; review of financial matters brought before it; making recommendations to the parish council; consultation with the pastor on matters relating to finance and planning. The Finance Committee also manages the buildings and grounds of St. Mary’s parish.
St. Robert Finance Committee Approx. Time Commitment: Meets on the 2nd Thursday of each month at 6:30pm

Prayer & Worship Committee Approx. time commitment: Meets approximately 2 hours 5 or 6 times a year
The Prayer and Worship Committee nourish and give direction to the liturgical aspect of parish life. It works to ensure that the parishioners are provided with opportunities to deepen their faith through a variety of prayer experiences and liturgical celebrations.
Christian Formation Committee Approx. time commitment:
The role of this committee is to develop within the parish, awareness that the parish community has the responsibility for promoting the educational/formation aspect of the mission of the Church. The committee is advisory to educational administrators in the design, implementation and evaluation of the total Christian educational/formation programs of the parish, which include Child, Youth and Adult Ministry and sacramental preparation.
Human Concerns Committee Approx. time commitment: Meets on the 2nd Tuesday, bi-monthly
This committee coordinates the practices and activities related to serving those in need and bringing social justice issues to the attention of parishioners. These activities may include food drives, pro-life education, etc.
St. Mary Cemetery Committee Approx. time commitment: Meets 4-6 times per year or as needed
The Cemetery Committee is responsible for the long range planning, maintenance and care of the cemetery as well as sale of plots and financial reporting to the St. Mary Finance Committee.
St. Robert Building & Grounds Approx. time commitment: Meets approx. 6 times/yr for about 1 ½ hrs; special projects may be included as well
This committee is responsible for overseeing the overall appearance and maintenance of the facility as well as making recommendations to the Finance Committee of any special needs of the plant.
Stewardship Committee Approx. Time Commitment: Unknown
The Stewardship Committee is involved in educating the parish about the importance of our call to be faithful and loyal to the teachings of the church and to practice our faith in our attendance at parish liturgies, prayer opportunities and participation in the life of the parish. It coordinates the yearly renewal of stewardship pledges for time, talent and treasure.
