Welcome.  I am Doug Colloton, the second grade teacher here at St. Rita.  This is my sixth year of teaching here and I enjoy working with the faculty and students.  I graduated from Northern Illinois University and earned my Masters in Education from Rockford College.  I have two daughters who are both in college.  In addition to teaching second grade I am also Coordinator of Religious Education.  I enjoy helping to prepare students to receive the Sacraments of Reconciliation, First Holy Communion, Confirmation, and sometimes Baptism.
