Our daily curriculum includes:

·        Independent activity using fine motor skills & one on one with teacher

·        Group time using listening skills and social skills

·        Muscle time using gross motor skills

·        Bible/Library time including listening to books and Bible stories

·        Arts and Crafts doing different projects daily

When are Classes Held

·        3-4 yr old classes are held Tuesday and Thursday mornings and afternoons.

·        4-5 yr old classes are held Monday, Wednesday, and Friday mornings

When can My Child Attend St. Paul's Preschool

Children who are three years old by September 30th of the current year and are not diaper dependent are eligible for enrollment in the fall class. 

What Can I Expect

A staff/child ration of 1:12 is maintained with a maximum class size of 24 students per class.

Our school is licensed to serve 25 students per session and admits children of any race, color, religion, sex or national origin.

What are the Fees & Tuition:

·        A $40.00 non-refundable fee is required when you turn in the registration form.  This fee covers all school supplies, time and materials for processing the registration of your child.

·        The 3-day program is $100.00 a month

·        The 2-day program is $ 80.00 a month

St. Paul Preschool is now accepting registrations for the 2009-2010 school year.

We will be offering morning and afternoon sessions.

·        Monday, Wednesday, Friday 4 & 5 yr old Morning Classes

9:00 am to  11:30 am $100.00 a month

·        Monday, Wednesday, Friday 4 & 5 yr old Afternoon Classes

12:30 pm to 3:00 pm $100.00 a month

·        Tuesday, Thursday 3 & 4 yr old Morning Classes

9:00 am to 11:30 am $80.00 a month

St. Paul Lutheran Preschool is designed as a child-centered environment for toilet trained three to five year old children.  St. Paul Lutheran Preschool seeks to assist parents with the development of their young children by offering a Christian Education Program.  Developmentally appropriate curriculum reflects our belief in the whole child's development: spiritual, physical, social, emotional, creative and intellectual.

The Ohio Department of Job & Family Services licenses St. Paul Lutheran Preschool.

Book It for Beginners:

We will be participating in the reading program sponsored by Pizza Hut.  http://www.pizzahut.com/about/bookit/ This program promotes reading to our children.  All children will be rewarded for their efforts.

Weather Alerts:

Please listen to radio station WEOL AM930 for the Amherst school closings.  When Amherst Schools close, so does St. Paul Lutheran Preschool

Looking Ahead:

One-year ends and another will begin before we know it.  Do you have a talent, like to read, share a hobby, or just love being around children, then call Mrs. Molosky at the preschool to reserve a date to share your time with the children for the coming school year there are spots available in our afternoon M-W-F 4 & 5 yr. old program and all Tuesdays are available.  If you have a friend or neighbor who would be interested in the program, please have them contact the preschool at 988-5427.
