PRAYER VIGIL
A vigil is a watch kept. Keeping watch consists of guarding, protecting, or looking after something. A prayer vigil then is guarding, protecting, or looking after something through prayer.
Trinity's Prayer Vigil consists of guarding, protecting, or looking after our church and its members through prayer. It is people gathering together to lift up to God those issues, needs, and concerns which in some way affect every member of our congregation. It is a coming together of hearts and minds in one place at one time for one purpose -- to ask God for His will to be done in our personal lives, the lives of our families, the lives of our congregation, and beyond.
Our Prayer Vigil is held in the sanctuary of the church the first Wednesday of every month from 12:00p-1:00p and from 7:00p-8:00p. A Prayer Vigil Guide is provided which outlines many needs and concerns of the church and congregation. EVERYONE is invited and encouraged to attend.
