Memorial Committee - The responsibility of the committee is to administer memorial gifts to Immanuel-Trinity Lutheran Church by acknowledging all such gifts and making decisions concerning the use of undesignated memorial gifts.
OUR MEMORIAL FUNDS
GENERAL MEMORIAL FUND: The members of the Memorial Committee have the ability to direct monies from this fund for any need they deem acceptable.
ALTAR/CURTAIN FUND: The fund is for any needs in the altar or chancel area of the church.
BAPTISMAL CANDLE FUND: Baptism candles that are used during baptisms and then given to the parents of the child are purchased with moines from this fund.
BLENDED WORSHIP: Baptism candles The money in this fund is used for the blended worship expeneses not covered in the regular Worship and Music budget.
ETERNAL LIGHT FUND: This fund purchases the eternal candle on the altar.
HEARING AIDS FUND: The money in this fund is used for batteries, repair, or replacement of the hearing aids for use during services.
KORELL FAMILY SCHOLARSHIP: This scholarship was set up to assist church members majoring in business related courses in college.
LANDSCAPE FUND: These funds are used for any landscaping projects at the church.
LIBRARY FUND: Money from this fund can be used to purchase books or for other needs in the library.
MUSIC MINISTRY FUND: Money in this fund is used for the music ministry expenses not covered in the Worship and Music budget.
PARISH NURSE:This fund is used for Parish Nurse projects and needs in the church.
STEPHEN MINISTRY: This fund is used at the discretion of the Stephen Leader team for Stephen Ministry needs.
SYMBOLISM: The fund collects the proceeds of the Symbolism Books produced by Norm Thielman and will be used at his discretion for the new Family Life Center.
SUNDAY SCHOOL FUND: The money in this fund is used for any Sunday School needs at the discretion of the Director of Children's Ministry.
TAPE MINISTRY FUND: Expenses to produce, copy, and hand out audio and video tapes of worship services to shut-ins are covered by this fund.
YOUTH CAMP: Money in this fund can be used to send kids to Crossways Bible Camp.
