H3 Confirmation will begin in September! There is an important parent/student meeting on Sunday, September 7th at 6 PM in the church. We will go over the schedule and hand out materials. Be sure to have your mentor selected by 9/7. A mentor is the adult that will answer questions and share their faith walk with you throughout the year. Your mentor can be a parent, grandparent, friend, or any other active church adult. Email Kendis if you have any questions at dcestpaul@centurytel.net. See you on September 7th!
H3 Volunteers Are Needed!
H3 Confirmation is currently looking for volunteers to help in all areas! H3 meets three Sundays a month from 6-8 PM. Check out the list of responsibilities and let Kendis know where you'd like to help! Please email your intentions to Kendis at dcestpaul@centurytel.net by August 17th!
Attendance/Snack Person
- Knows the students
- Present each week
- Takes attendance
- Makes phone calls to absent students
- Prepares snack, cleans up kitchen area, takes out garbage
- Requirements: a servant's heart & worships at least once a month
Photographer/Faith Book Organizer
- Knows the students
- Present each week
- Takes digital pictures each week
- Keeps track of Faith Book pictures/information
- Puts together the end of the year slide show
- Requirements: a fun and creative personality & worhsips at least once a month
Small Group Leader
- Knows the students
- Present each week
- Prepares for small group lesson each week
- Sits and participates during large group teaching
- Leads small group each week
- Requirements: an organized and patient person & worships at least twice a month
