Hebrews 12:1-3
1 Therefore, since we have so great a cloud of witnesses surrounding us, let us also lay aside every encumberance and the sin which so easily entangles us, and let us run with endurance the race that is set before us, 2 fixing our eyes on Jesus, the author and perfector of faith, who for the joy set before Him endured the cross, despising the shame, and has sat down at the right hand of the throne of God.
3 For consider Him who ahs endured such hostility by sinners against Himself, so that you will not grow weary and lose heart.
Romans 12:1-2
1 Therefore I urge you, brethren, by the mercvies of God, to present your bodies a living and holy sacrifice, acceptable to God, which is your spiritual service and worship. 2 And do not be conformed to this world, but be transformed by the renewing of your mind, so that you may prove what the will of God is, that which is good and acceptable and perfect.
