Reverend J Troy Gray is a native son of Chillicothe, OH.  Graduating from Chillicothe High School and later from Morehead State University, Reverend Gray has been a man on the move first for Christ and then for his community. He acknowledged his call to the ministry in 1988 and preached his trial sermon on April 24, 1990. He was then ordained and made assistant pastor in May 1990. He is a third generation minister of Zion Baptist Church. Under his leadership, the Church has prospered spiritually, financially and educationally. Reverend Gray has been married for 25 years to Sue Gray (Mischal) who has been a constant source of support. They have been blessed with five beautiful children: Marcus, Rachelle, Lindsey, J. T., McKinlee and and a new addition to the family Tyrell Netter.
