| Dr. Scott Roen was called as Senior Pastor of Harvest Church in August, 2002. Prior to moving to Beaver Dam, Scott was Associate Pastor of Discipleship at Bethany Evangelical Free Church in La Crosse, Wisconsin, Sr. Pastor of Grace Evangelical Free Church in the Detroit, Michigan area, and Associate Pastor at Park Hills Evangelical Free Church in Freeport, Illinois. Scott is a graduate of the University of Northern Iowa, with a major in Trombone Performance and Education. He also has a Master of Divinity and a Doctor of Ministry from Trinity Evangelical Divinity School in Deerfield, Illinois. He and his wife, Faye, have two children. |

Brian Conyers - Associate Pastor of Worship & Small Groups

| Brian was called as the Associate Pastor of Worship & Small Groups to Harvest in July, 2007. He brings a unique combination of musical abilities, technical experience, and administrative leadership to the Harvest team. He, along with ministry leaders, will continue to help Harvest grow with contemporary worship and a focus on becoming a church with healthy relationships through small groups. Brian has nearly 20 years of worship experience playing piano, saxophone, electric bass guitar, coordinating technical ministries, and leading a variety of musical teams. He served for several years as the Assistant Music Director for Bethany Free Church in La Crosse, Wisconsin, and has extensive career experience, prior to his calling to full-time ministry, in the areas of technology, communication, and marketing. Brian and his wife, Heidi, have three daughters. |

Mike was born and raised in Wisconsin and has developed special passions for good food, high-energy games, and building deep friendships. At the center of his life is his relationship with God and an even deeper passion to help all people experience a wonderful and growing relationship with God. Being a dad and a ?just a big kid at heart?, Mike loves to disciple teens and their families with a blend of fun, humor, and an honest look at Jesus and His Word. Mike uses his gifts in music, teaching, and storytelling in order to engage people during lessons, and loves to challenge students to put into practice what the Bible teaches. Mike attended Northwestern College in St. Paul, MN studying Youth Ministry and Bible. Mike spent 61/2 years as Director of Youth Ministries at Willmar United Methodist Church in Willmar, MN and had extensive volunteer experience at a church youth group and three summer Bible camps during his college years. Mike and his wife Sally, have one son, Judah. |
