Pastor Lopez was born in New York City to Spanish and Cuban immigrant parents.  He is a graduate from Cal State University, Los Angeles with both an undergraduate and graduate degree in History.  He has an M.Div from Concordia Seminary, St. Louis, Mo, and is currently enrolled in a Doctor of Ministry (D. Min) program at Talbot School of Theology.   He and his wife, Rebecca have three children, Emilia, Marcos and Antonio-Roman.
